It's hard to believe, What happened. Two climbers missing in Polish during the descent from the top of Broad Peak. While in Ireland, you can not learn anything. Only by Polish Internet portals knew, what is happening and for several weeks we follow closely the Polish expedition to Broad Peak (Himalayas – Pakistan 8 051 m.n.p.m. Gaining the summit in winter would make the Poles pioneers. Unfavorable weather delayed output, but after a short time, created weather window to undertake the attack peak. 5 mark 2013 reached the top alive and well. Climbers were the first to have gained the summit in winter!!! We enjoyed very pleased with their achievements. You need a lot of courage and strength, to climb to the summitted the mountain in such conditions. But winning is only half the szcztu success, have yet to securely access the database. Here, unfortunately, the case is complicated, because 2 of 4 climbers (Tomasz Kowalski and Maciej Berbeka) not reached the camp 4 the height 7400 m., where waiting for them with a group of colleagues. A few hours later, they were listed as missing. Arthur Malek and Adam Bielecki waiting for them in the camp 4 with hope, that descend to the base included. 6 March Tomasz Kowalski and Maciej Berbeka were officially listed as missing, and other 2 climbers had to descend to the base due to the deteriorating weather.
Broad Peak expedition team will remain in the database for the next several days in hopes of a miracle.
